Edward HOPE, our head chef, offers traditional cuisine based on local produce. We change our menu daily, meaning that you will always receive a freshly made meal all cooked from local and seasonal produce. This is something we pride ourselves on and we make sure we have great relationships with as many local suppliers as possible. Having practiced in various countries, you can be sure to find something to suit every taste!
If you do have any dietary requirements please let us know in advance and we will make sure we can come up with a menu to suit everybody.
